Authentic Relating Group

Join us on Thursday nights from 6-8pm for an evening of connection games, light somatic movement, laughing, feeling, and authentic communicating. Authentic Relating is a relational practice that nourishes our relationships and our sense of wholeness. It allows us to be seen deeply and accepted despite not always “getting it right.” We need connection in order to be productive, creative, and happy. Authentic relating allows us to come back into contact with what we truly want in our lives and gives us the tools to communicate it. In this class, we’ll practice authentic relating through simple games, exercises, and sharing circles.
