Sound Bath

Join us in our new West Des Moines location (1011 Office Park Rd, Suite 2, West Des Moines) for a calming and restorative sound bath led by Wes Carlson , improv musician, breathwork practitioner, and connection facilitator. This experience can offer numerous benefits - reduced stress and anxiety, improved mental clarity, and deeper, more restful sleep. Resonant frequencies can promote emotional release, shift brainwaves to meditative states, and calm the nervous system. Wes will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you release any tension you are carrying and ease into the present moment. As you settle in, soothing sound vibrations from crystal sound bowls, gong, chimes, soft percussion instruments, and vocal tones will envelop you and create an ethereal soundscape that will transport you to a state of relaxation and peace. To prepare, we suggest wearing clothing you can comfortably lie down in. Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and eye shades will be provided. You may bring any of your own cozy and comfy items, like pillows and blankets, to make your experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We look forward to seeing you! $35
