Chef KP will guide you through the process of hand-rolling, cutting, and stuffing your own ravioli from the ground up. Get ready to have your hands dusted with flour as you flex your muscles to knead and roll out delicious ravioli.

Salad- veg/lettuce/dressing

Garlic Bread- garlic compound butter

Sauce- Red sauce and Sage Brown Butter Sauce

Ravioli- dough and filling/ build/cook

• White Truffle Ricotta

• Italian Sausage and Burrata
