Open Mat (Everyone)

About this event

This class is intended to allow students to practice techniques they have learned in an instruction class. This is also an opportunity for people to ask questions of other students as well. What to wear: Most people choose to roll without the gi on open mat days, but it is entirely up to the student what they want to wear based on what they are practicing that class. Either gi or no gi equipment is fine for these classes.
