About this event
7,500 steps are what we are supposed to get every day. Don't trudge through a snow drift or get blown into the neighbor's yard. Mall Walk at the Recreation Station. You can walk around the gym as they are playing pickleball, basketball, and kids are playing with their parents. You can fly around at record speed, or you can move at a leisurely pace. The choice is yours. https://www.urbandale.org/calendar.aspx?EID=6195
