ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Environmental advocates rallied at the Capitol rotunda Wednesday to urge lawmakers to restore funding for the Iowa Water Quality Information System and address radon and coal ash issues. They warned that without $600,000 in funds, the monitoring system might go offline in summer 2026 — fueling health concerns. KCCI
