- ➤ Simpson College will expand its full-tuition scholarship program to high-achieving seniors in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids public schools in fall 2026 — seniors must have a 3.5 GPA, submit their FAFSA by July 1, and live on campus as first-time Simpson students, while the program already includes Des Moines and Indianola public schools from fall 2025.
