West YP: Clear the Air: Handling Tension Before It Turns Awkward

About this event

Strengthen your ability to resolve disagreements and work through challenges with clarity & purpose. Avoiding tension doesn't make it disappear, but addressing it early can change everything. Learn how to recognize discomfort, understand your own response to conflict, and how others may approach it differently. You'll explore practical ways to speak up, navigate challenging moments, and keep conversations productive before things escalate.
