About this event
This class is intended for youth students starting at 8 years old. This class focuses more on the traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jiitsu technique taught to our adult students. We practice warm ups and then work on technique. Some games are added in for the kids to enjoy the class. What to wear: Rashguard/shirt, shorts/gi pants. Mouthguard and cup optional.
