We love calling the East Village home, and the Holiday Promenade is our favorite excuse to open the doors to the whole neighborhood. This year, everyone is welcome to join us for free pop-up classes on all five Promenade dates. Pre-registration for classes opens one week early for Power Life members, 5 days early for non-members. Power Sculpt is our most popular class for a reason.
